Please accept my greetings and Namaste from Wakkanai Hokusei Gakuen University.

Ladies and Gentlemen, I am greatly honored by the warm welcome in this beautiful Himalayan kingdom of Nepal. I as President of Wakkanai Hokusei Gakuen University (WAKHOK) like to thank Himalayan White House College for their effort and arrangement for this historical occasion today to mark the initiation of institutional relationship between WAKHOK and Himalayan White House College. I extend my gratitude to everyone present here to mark this event.

Ladies and Gentlemen: WAKHOK in the capacity of a leading IT university at home is committed to render the most competitive IT education and establish its identity in the global IT education as the leader. WAKHOK envisages a worldwide solidarity for minimization of digital divide by providing the most advanced IT technology at an affordable cost. WAKHOK has extended the national boundary and expanded cooperation with the universities abroad for internationalization initiatives and invited deserving students from all parts of the world, from all the societies without any prejudice to give diversity.

WAKHOK is committed to educate its students with the latest IT technology with the belief that as a university it is our responsibility and the rights of enthusiastic education seekers immaterial of the national boundaries. As of now international students from Russia, China and Nepal have already sought an experience in our university and we are hoping more to join in the recent days. We at WAKHOK are optimistic that this new event will lead to a foundation for mutual cooperation and render quality IT education to maximum students from this country. This is just the beginning of the journey, so I urge all the concerned present here to mark this event and contribute from own place to give action to this historical initiation that the society has a crying need here. We at WAKHOK are optimistic that educators and concerned authorities will acknowledge our efforts to educate the society towards minimizing the digital divide.
